Receptionist / Designer Assistant

We are looking for a cheerful and motivated member to join our wonderful team! Signature Builder Solutions is a provider of Interior finishes specializing in new construction.

Candidate must be friendly, reliable, and detail oriented. Applicant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment. Candidate must present a professional appearance and possess professional communication skills.

POSITION: Receptionist / Design Assistant
LOCATION: Kent, WA
DURATION & STATUS: Full-time
START: As soon as possible
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8Hr

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact in welcoming clients

  • Assist designers with administrative work.

  • Answering a multi-line phone

  • Data entry

  • Executive assistant to company officers

  • Filing/scanning/copying

  • Perform a wide variety of supporting tasks for co-workers in all areas of the organization

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Miscellaneous projects as needed
