COVID-19 SAFETY

To Our Valued Home Builders and Home Buyers,

The health and safety of our customers, our employees and the communities we serve are of paramount importance to us. We want to share with you the following steps our organization has taken to ensure that every design appointment in our showroom is a safe and healthy one.

We are actively following the cleaning and sanitizing guidelines set forth by the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our showroom is cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily and your safety is always our number one priority!

To that end, we are requesting that the following details are noted before coming in for your design appointment:

  • A maximum of 2 household members per buyer appointment only.

  • If you are not feeling well or if you have come into contact with someone else who is sick (including those in your own household), please refrain from coming into the showroom. We will check with your builder on all cutoff deadlines, and if there is time to reschedule, we will modify your appointment to a later date when it is deemed safe.

  • As excited as we are to meet you, we will refrain from shaking hands.

  • Stay at least 6 feet away from others, at minimum.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Also, cover your mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing; or do so into your elbow. Tissues and sanitizer are available in the showroom, should you find you need them.

  • When using the restroom, please wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds. Individual-use paper towels are available to reduce any potential cross-contamination.

  • Your designers will be wearing masks during your appointment. We politely ask that customers also wear masks in accordance with current COVID-19 regulations for King County established by the Office of the Governor.

  • There are 2 designated entrances and exits that are available during home-buyer meetings. After each appointment, all samples, products, doorknobs, tables, chairs, etc. will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
